Maintain confidential payroll records, reconcile reports, support accounting and HR, respond to employee inquiries, manage payroll onboarding and offboarding, ensure legal and tax compliance, and assist with year-end filings and audits.

Handles inbound dealership leads and customer inquiries, schedules and confirms sales appointments, follows up through phone, text, and email, maintains accurate CRM records, and collaborates with sales and management to maximize opportunities while delivering a customer-focused experience.
