Senior leader who defines and executes PBM network, payer, contracting, underwriting, and pricing strategy. Owns departmental P&L, leads high‑stakes negotiations, directs underwriting and financial modeling, ensures regulatory compliance, drives operational excellence, and builds executive client and payer relationships to grow the business.

Manage clinical client relationships for a PBM by implementing and optimizing clinical programs, providing expert clinical guidance, analyzing outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally to align client strategies with company goals. Support reporting, presentations, and client-facing communication to drive clinical and financial results.

Lead client onboarding, retention, and operational account management for PBM clients. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure service levels, manage implementations, resolve adjudication issues, analyze claims, and drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Provide legal counsel on complex corporate, regulatory, and PBM-related matters; draft, review, and negotiate contracts and settlements; manage external counsel and litigation strategy; perform risk assessments and compliance monitoring; advise internal business partners on regulatory changes and contract interpretation specific to pharmacy benefits and healthcare operations.

Domestic travel up to 25%.
