Responsibilities include client relationship management, new client implementation, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS data administration, employment verification, compliance audits, benefits and tax-change coordination, state agency reporting, and oversight of HR Administrator service delivery. The role requires managing multiple client accounts, maintaining audit-ready records, facilitating meetings, and ensuring accurate, compliant HR processes.

Lead benefits administration and client service for a portfolio of 20–30 employers. Manage renewals, open enrollment, onboarding, carrier/vendor communications, compliance, and enrollment updates. Serve as primary client contact, mentor Benefits Specialists, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality benefits delivery and issue resolution.
