Leads enterprise systems and network administration, operations, maintenance, outage response, incident recovery, and service-level delivery for USMEPCOM. Coordinates geographically distributed technical teams, vendors, and leadership during outages. Oversees infrastructure integration, system configuration, testing, interoperability, continuity of operations, disaster recovery, and RMF compliance. Maintains incident response and outage procedures while supporting servers, operating systems, databases, collaboration tools, virtualization, cloud environments, networks, and security infrastructure.

Manages overall task order performance as the contractor’s primary liaison with government representatives. Responsibilities include enforcing work standards, maintaining schedules, supervising personnel and subcontractors, resolving discrepancies, communicating organizational goals, and ensuring operational and technical delivery. The role requires substantial IT and mission support leadership experience, PMP or PgMP certification, and an active Secret clearance.

Serves as the chief systems engineering and architecture advisor to USMEPCOM leadership. Designs solutions for complex applications, systems administration, and network challenges; performs systems management and integration across network domains; delivers executive-level technical briefings; and provides expertise on engineering best practices and technical innovation.
