The role requires working in 30-degree coolers, lifting up to 60 pounds, operating an electric hand-jack, and working overtime, holidays, and an evening schedule.

Provides on-site first-level technical support to internal users through phone, email, and in-person assistance. Configures and maintains workstations, mobile devices, laptops, phones, printers, software, and user network access. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and internet issues; manages IT inventory; escalates complex problems; coordinates equipment service; and follows up to confirm resolution. Requires strong communication, customer service, teamwork, Microsoft 365 knowledge, and basic networking skills.
