Deploys, integrates, operates, and optimizes high-performance NFS storage for Kubernetes, bare-metal, GPU, and AI workloads. Responsibilities include CSI integration, Linux and NFS tuning, storage lifecycle management, air-gapped deployments, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps automation, observability, and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues across hybrid and edge environments.

Own the observability vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for k0rdent AI’s GPU infrastructure control plane. Define integrations across GPU compute, networking, storage, DPUs, schedulers, inference systems, and databases using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus ecosystems. Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements, guide engineering trade-offs, track emerging standards, and support product marketing, field teams, customers, analysts, and ecosystem partners.

Design and implement infrastructure services for a GPU-as-a-Service platform. Build REST and gRPC APIs, bare-metal provisioning workflows, Kubernetes cluster lifecycle services, reconciliation loops, reliability mechanisms, and interfaces for hardware and cluster health. The role requires Go, Kubernetes controller patterns, bare-metal provisioning, asynchronous systems, and experience with infrastructure technologies such as Metal3, Cluster API, and Temporal.

Design and build Go-based control-plane services, CSI drivers, storage integrations, observability tools, and infrastructure automation for Kubernetes AI platforms. Integrate enterprise and scale-out storage, support bare-metal and hybrid provisioning, and deliver declarative Terraform/OpenTofu and GitOps workflows. Architect reliable storage solutions for Kubernetes clusters, air-gapped environments, and sovereign infrastructure, including artifact mirrors and PKI/TLS.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for k0rdent AI storage across GPU clusters. Define capabilities for parallel file systems, object and block storage, tiering, snapshots, data protection, and GPU-optimized data paths. Translate customer requirements into product direction, partner with engineering on scalable storage features, develop positioning and field assets, support strategic accounts, and represent Mirantis with customers, analysts, and ecosystem partners.

Coordinate recruiting operations for senior recruiters by managing applicant processing, complex interview scheduling across global time zones, live coding setups, executive panels, candidate communications, interview preparation, virtual meeting rooms, feedback collection, and ATS data accuracy. The role keeps hiring pipelines moving while providing organized, responsive candidate care and supporting recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced technology hiring environment.

Own the networking vision and roadmap for k0rdent AI, defining underlay/overlay fabrics, RDMA, DNS/IPAM, network automation, and DPU/SmartNIC integration. Translate customer and engineering requirements into priorities, track emerging interconnect standards, and support positioning, field engagements, and reference architectures.

Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot high-performance InfiniBand and Ethernet networks for HPC. Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring. Implement Fortinet security, resolve routing/switching/latency issues, collaborate with compute and storage teams, document architectures, and participate in on-call escalation and upgrades.

Lead operations for large-scale AI infrastructure: manage NVIDIA GPU and high-performance networking environments, troubleshoot Linux/Kubernetes/storage/hardware issues, drive incident response and root cause analysis, improve observability and automation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with engineering and datacenter teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability.

Develop positioning and messaging for Mirantis AI infrastructure products; translate technical capabilities into audience-specific content; own competitive intelligence; create technical assets (white papers, briefs, reference architectures, sales enablement); support GTM, launches, analyst/media briefings, and industry representation.

Operate and support production AI infrastructure across global datacenters, focusing on high-performance NVIDIA GPU platforms, Kubernetes, and high-speed networking. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, network, hardware, and platform incidents; participate in incident response and root cause analysis; improve observability, automation, and operational runbooks.
