Lead complex customer-facing Professional Services engagements from kickoff through closeout. Own delivery strategy, customer requirements, business outcomes, scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, governance, financial accountability, and executive communication. Partner with customer executives, consulting engineers, sales, customer success, and technical teams to align priorities, remove blockers, manage tradeoffs, and ensure value realization. Lead executive reviews and quarterly business reviews while balancing customer success, delivery quality, resource efficiency, and engagement health.

Design, build, and operate MongoDB Atlas features and distributed backend systems, with a focus on encryption, compliance, customer-managed keys, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead complex technical projects and fleet-wide production rollouts, collaborate with product, design, customers, and support teams, mentor engineers, resolve production issues, and participate in on-call support.

Manage end-to-end logistics and delivery of in-person and virtual training events. Act as producer and emcee, operate delivery platforms, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, ensure data integrity, collect and synthesize learner feedback, and document processes to drive continuous enablement improvement.
