Supports onsite luxury multifamily property management operations, including rent collection, accounting, leasing, renewals, resident service requests, vendor coordination, property inspections, and team support. Acts as the person in charge when the Community Manager is absent and assists with resident concerns, work orders, and onsite projects.

Own portfolio-wide revenue strategy and pricing for a multifamily residential portfolio. Analyze market and leasing data, forecast occupancy and rental revenue, configure and govern revenue-management systems, and recommend pricing, concessions, lease-term, and renewal actions. Lead revenue reviews, support budgets and business plans, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and antitrust requirements, train operating teams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Asset Management, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

Supports company-wide training initiatives by maintaining the LMS, coordinating new-hire onboarding and training schedules, updating materials, tracking attendance and onboarding progress, preparing reports, assisting employees with LMS access, and supporting training projects. The role also helps maintain compliance with fair housing and landlord-tenant laws and requires occasional travel for onsite training.
