Provide legal guidance and marketing compliance review: approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance, draft policies, monitor regulatory changes, perform risk assessments, and deliver compliance training. Support contracts and vendor agreements and report findings to leadership.

Lead design and execution of end-to-end token marketing strategies for Web3 clients across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Develop positioning tied to tokenomics and roadmaps, manage launch activities (TGE, listings, staking, incentives), advise on timing and narrative, own multi-channel planning and six-figure budgets, and coordinate execution with partner agencies and internal teams.

Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and messaging across Meta and Google Search. Manage and scale paid campaigns, improve landing page conversion rates, analyze performance data, and iterate campaigns. Build email nurture/drip flows as a bonus.

Serve as primary client and vendor contact post-sale; manage onboarding, answer client questions, drive retention and renewals, propose and track retention strategies, and support upsells and renewals.

Create and post social media content, manage content calendars and posting schedules, coordinate visuals with designers, handle multiple client accounts, and deliver Web3-focused copywriting while working remotely full-time.

Lead visual storytelling and own the full video and visual production pipeline from concept to final export. Define strategy, create motion and graphic design assets for marketing channels, and execute concepts end-to-end using classic and AI creative tools while working asynchronously in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Owner of top-of-funnel business development: identify, engage, and qualify Web3 leads; initiate cold outreach via DMs and social channels; open deals and bring in new business for a fully remote media/marketing company.
