Provide after-hours crisis support for families and foster parents: answer inbound calls, de-escalate situations, coordinate placements, complete incident and Medicaid documentation, notify regional staff and custodial agencies, and log follow-up communications.

Provide administrative support for La Jornada: data entry and database maintenance, schedule and coordinate conferences/trainings, produce quarterly/annual reports, manage office supplies and equipment, track expenses and bookkeeping, record meeting minutes, coordinate advertisements, offer notary services, and support managers and staff to ensure efficient daily operations.

Provide outreach and casework to adults at risk of homelessness to increase access to SSI/SSDI. Develop treatment/service plans, assist family reunification, complete required documentation and trainings, maintain client contact, and engage individuals toward recovery and identified goals.

Provide case management and reunification services for unaccompanied children: complete ORR-required assessments and documentation, vet and interview sponsors, coordinate multidisciplinary staffing, maintain UC Portal and physical files, transport youth as needed, conduct regular family contacts, and ensure safety and compliance with ORR and NYAP policies.

Provide administrative and document support to case management for unaccompanied children, maintain records and uploads to ORR/NYAP systems, assist with intake/discharge, background checks, travel coordination, and support legal, clinical, and foster licensing processes. Must be bilingual (Spanish), tech-proficient, and able to travel and drive.

Assist lead educator in lesson planning and delivery, monitor and support individual children's learning and development, provide classroom coverage, communicate child progress, and use technology for documentation.

Provide outreach and casework to help individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness access SSI/SSDI benefits. Develop service plans, complete documentation, engage clients, support family reunification, complete trainings, and maintain required client contact and certifications.

Provide administrative and document support to case management for ORR 7-day policy: maintain records in UC Portal and Evolv, complete records requests and VOR updates, assist with intake/discharge, background checks, travel coordination, and support legal, clinical, and foster licensing activities. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), maintain confidentiality, and be able to travel and drive as needed.
