For benefits-eligible employees, healthcare coverage is effective the first day of employment. We offer onsite biometric screenings, flu shots, and eye exams. We also offer an employer-sponsored Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides counseling for marital, parental, or financial problems, and/or assistance for specific conditions such as substance abuse, smoking, and gambling. NCSA also offers a Wellness Reimbursement Program. Each teammate can receive up to $65 per month to use for home office or wellness activities/products, including a gym membership, vitamins, protein shakes, massages, etc.
