Provides administrative support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, handling expenses, organizing leadership meetings and events, anticipating business needs, and supporting executive visitors. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, adaptability, business judgment, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Leads NinjaTrader’s visual and creative direction across marketing. The role operationalizes and governs the brand identity system, directs integrated campaigns and storytelling, owns marketing web and lifecycle creative, and serves as the final quality gate for brand expression. Responsibilities include hiring and developing an in-house design team, managing agencies and freelancers, building scalable creative processes, partnering with product and performance marketing, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment. The director remains hands-on in concepting, design, writing direction, and video production.

Provides front-line phone and email support to NinjaTrader clients, resolving account, platform, technical, and treasury-related issues. Educates customers on trading products and services, manages client data in Salesforce, collaborates with trade desk, technical support, and compliance teams, and communicates emerging needs. The role also supports policy improvements, knowledge articles, email templates, software beta testing, and customer experience initiatives.
