Manage bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable, maintain time and attendance and financial systems, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support audits and capital project accounting, handle vendor relations, generate invoices, and assist with policy, reporting, and FOIA requests.

Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned school, camp, or youth recreation programs. Oversee and direct counselors and staff to ensure participant safety and engagement, plan and implement activities, track attendance, communicate with parents, maintain inventory and cleanliness, conduct staff evaluations and trainings, and follow district safety policies. Work split shifts with occasional weekends and holidays.
