Paid IT internship exposing students to help desk support, application administration, information security, compliance, and IT auditing. Interns work primarily with one team, may rotate through others, perform hands-on assignments, receive mentoring, and develop troubleshooting, customer service, and soft skills over a 3–12 month term.

Lead product strategy and execution for insurance products: research customers, define roadmap, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams, run PI planning, monitor performance, and drive adoption while ensuring regulatory and business alignment.
