Leads the firm’s US litigation docketing function, managing centralized operations, team performance, quality standards, risk controls, workflows, and business continuity. Oversees litigation docketing and calendaring platforms, system upgrades, rule updates, reporting, training, and change management. Partners with lawyers, IT, vendors, and legal support leaders to ensure accurate deadline calculations, compliance with court procedures, consistent service delivery, and continuous operational improvement across jurisdictions and offices.

Manage the full proposal lifecycle for US practices: coordinate inputs, drive proposal preparation, write and edit practice/experience copy, maintain opportunity tracking, prepare client materials, and collaborate with partners and global teams to meet tight deadlines.

Provide conflict-of-interest advice and resolution for new matters, lateral hires, and business initiatives; supervise at least two compliance analysts; manage a docket of 15–30 conflict matters; liaise with global compliance teams; review client letters and policy issues (sanctions, AML, bribery, share dealings); and support enforcement and practice-standard compliance.

Manage litigation docketing and calendaring for dispute matters: track court deadlines, analyze filings for relevant dates, notify attorneys, prepare docket reports, ensure court-rule compliance, assist with e-filing and document downloads, and provide administrative and backup support to the practice group.

Conduct conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, designing Boolean database searches, and identifying potential conflicts for lawyer review. Communicate findings, work with Compliance Lawyers to resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and support compliance workflow and Global Practice Standards inquiries.
