Own enterprise customer relationships from implementation through adoption, renewal, and expansion across the Americas. Manage technical integrations, API discussions, Travel Rule and stablecoin payment programs, business reviews, pricing negotiations, upsells, and renewals. Identify growth opportunities across customer organizations, maintain executive engagement, coordinate with Sales and internal teams, provide customer insights, and keep HubSpot records current. Some after-hours on-call duty is required.

Lead Solutions Architecture across complex enterprise sales, customer implementations, renewals, and expansion. Own technical customer relationships, design proofs of concept, resolve pre-sales issues, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build and coach the Solutions Architecture team, establish operating processes and metrics, identify market trends, influence product roadmaps, and develop executive-level relationships with financial institution and fintech customers.
