Lead and manage oncology clinical trial projects from site selection through closeout. Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, regulatory/ethics submissions, patient recruitment, safety coordination, eTMF/CTMS maintenance, and ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs and Project Agreements.

Manages Data Management staff, resource allocation, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and professional development. Provides expert oversight of clinical data management deliverables, technical solutions, process improvements, system validation, project budgets, timelines, quality, audits, proposals, and sponsor interactions. Leads biometrics support activities, training initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and bid defenses while ensuring clinical studies comply with GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and project agreements.

Supports clinical business development by identifying laboratory opportunities in client RFPs, positioning lab services, developing proposals and budgets, presenting bids, and managing follow-up through deal completion. The role coordinates with clinical BD, laboratory operations, proposal teams, and clients; maintains strategic client relationships, monitors satisfaction, tracks sales activity in Salesforce, analyzes competition, and supports laboratory business growth. At least 30% travel is required.

Reviews, redlines, processes, and executes customer contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documents. Ensures compliance with approved templates, policies, approval workflows, and fallback positions while identifying and escalating risks. Manages contract data and documentation in CLM and CRM systems, meets processing SLAs, improves workflows, and collaborates with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations to support deal velocity and accurate, audit-ready execution.

Develop operational strategies for clinical trial proposals across non-oncology therapeutic areas. Review feasibility, enrollment projections, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and execution assumptions. Partner with Business Development, Clinical Operations, Finance, Medical, and regional teams to create customer-focused proposals, support sponsor meetings and bid defenses, and transition awarded studies into execution. Improve operational strategy methodologies, document decisions, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

Leads the Operational Strategy function for global clinical trial proposals across non-oncology therapeutic areas. Oversees team development, opportunity prioritization, operational strategy, feasibility, budgets, risk mitigation, proposal quality, bid defense, process governance, and strategic tool adoption. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to align study execution plans, sponsor requirements, organizational capabilities, and business objectives. Guides complex, high-value opportunities and drives consistent operational excellence across a geographically distributed portfolio.

Manages Clinical Leads and administrative staff overseeing clinical trial operations, compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements, staffing, performance, training, and operational processes. Conducts monitoring assessments, supports feasibility and business development activities, maintains relationships with clinical sites and vendors, contributes to SOP development, and resolves operational issues across clinical research projects.

The Project Manager oversees clinical projects from site selection to closeout, ensures compliance with regulations, manages risks, and maintains client relationships.

Leads and manages Clinical Support staff, including Inhouse CRAs, through mentoring, onboarding, performance reviews, resource planning, and training. Ensures clinical trials follow ICH GCP, regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and project agreements. Supports project delivery, staff utilization, timesheet and expense approvals, recruitment, process improvement, and clinical operations activities. The Associate Manager may also perform billable Inhouse CRA responsibilities on assigned projects.
