Own and expand strategic relationships with accounting and CPA firm partners. Build partnerships from the ground up, negotiate agreements, create joint business plans, drive referrals, co-marketing, enablement, and strategic initiatives, and report partnership performance to executives. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Product, and Engineering to onboard clients, develop integrations, inform the product roadmap, and strengthen Numeral’s channel strategy.

Serve as Numeral’s indirect tax and compliance subject matter expert across Product, Sales, and Partnerships. Translate practitioner workflows into product requirements, represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning, support enterprise and strategic sales conversations, identify market opportunities, and help expand into new customer segments and verticals. The role also includes industry representation, public speaking, solution selling, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourced CFO partners. Recruit and onboard new partners, deliver enablement through trainings and playbooks, track referrals and engagement in Salesforce and PRM systems, support co-marketing initiatives, nurture partner relationships, monitor channel health metrics, and collaborate with sales and senior partnerships teams to grow referral volume.

The Senior Account Executive will drive revenue by managing the entire sales cycle, focusing on large global customers and transforming their sales tax and compliance processes through consultative selling.
