Designs, configures, implements, tests, and analyzes o9 supply chain planning solutions. Partners with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, transform business logic into technical designs, build datasets, perform forecasting and optimization, execute testing, resolve solution gaps, and support deployment. Delivers stakeholder training, communicates project progress, mentors junior analysts, and contributes to full lifecycle enterprise implementations.

Build and scale relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analyst firms. Lead strategic briefings, research report evaluations, analyst positioning, advisory programs, and industry events. Capture market intelligence and translate analyst feedback into guidance for product and go-to-market teams. Educate analysts on supply chain and enterprise AI market developments while positioning o9 as a market leader.

Lead global Sales Enablement strategy to build AI-driven sales tools, content, and knowledge systems. Own enablement tech (e.g., Seismic), create value-based storytelling, optimize sales methodology and playbooks, and drive adoption and measurement across Sales, Partners, Product, and Customer teams.
