oak9's benefits are rich and well rounded! We actively survey our employees to understand which benefits are most valuable to them and what we can do to make them better. For example, we've always had unlimited planned time off, and some folks were concerned that this meant people were expected to take LESS vacation than normal. That was not our intention so we created a PTO minimum to encourage folks to take time and recharge. Additionally, we do research in the market to ensure we're attracting a diverse candidate pool. Yes - we want to make sure our current employees are happy! And we want to make sure we're creating an environment that supports future hires who bring new and different experiences to continue to strengthen our team.
