As a Compensation Analyst, you will be an integral member of the Compensation team, helping to ensure our compensation programs function effectively and recommending process improvements. This individual will work closely with the HR team, Recruiting, and line managers to solve compensation-related business problems.
In this role you will assist in the administration and management of compensation programs within Vivid Seats. This includes conducting job evaluations and making compensation recommendations, leading the completion of compensation survey submissions, and participating in cross-functional projects within HR. In addition to these core duties, you will also support reporting, communication, and documentation for the team. This role offers the opportunity to have ownership, autonomy, and help set the direction of compensation here at Vivid Seats!
