Build and deploy healthcare integrations for payer and health plan partners. Responsibilities include architecture discovery, prototypes, API and data-feed integrations using Python, SQL, HL7, and FHIR, production coding, troubleshooting live systems, customer collaboration, security reviews, documentation, and product feedback. The role owns implementations from discovery through launch and requires strong technical communication, healthcare data knowledge, and 15–20% travel.

Leads architecture and development of scalable healthcare applications and distributed systems. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, collaborates with Product and Design, manages software delivery, improves testing and CI/CD, resolves complex technical issues, and oversees cloud infrastructure, databases, deployment pipelines, and production monitoring. Requires hands-on full-stack engineering expertise, cloud and containerization experience, and participation in periodic on-call escalation coverage.
