Manage a high-volume portfolio of channel partners, VARs, MSPs, and channel-sourced customers. Responsibilities include new business, onboarding, renewals, expansions, licensing, deal registration, partner coordination, CRM accuracy, and customer health monitoring. Build relationships across partners and end users while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver successful outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of 600+ SMB customers and active leads, driving retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and revenue growth. Build trusted customer relationships, understand business needs, negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with Customer Engineers and cross-functional teams while using CRM systems and data-driven sales practices to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Design, develop, implement, test, and support high-quality internal software and customer-facing products. Enhance existing products and design APIs that integrate systems. Ensure security measures and perform code testing and reviews.

Design, prototype, and integrate generative AI solutions and agents across products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and optimize AI workflows, educate developers, and engage with the enterprise systems management community through webinars and content.
