Lead revenue-generating Customer Success organization to drive net revenue retention and expansion ARR. Own expansion quota, build CS-as-revenue playbooks and incentives, manage strategic accounts, lead three teams (Enterprise CS, Specialty CS, Outcomes Research & Registries), partner with sales, and oversee headcount and capacity planning to grow NRR to 120%+.

Lead and govern PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives, build the Strategic Program Office, drive cross-functional execution, establish KPI frameworks and AI-enabled workflows, produce executive analyses, and maintain accountability across teams to deliver measurable commercial and operational outcomes.

Generate net-new enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research target accounts, map buying committees, personalize outreach using AI tools, qualify leads against ICP and BANT/MEDDIC criteria, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM records, and partner with Account Executives and Marketing on account-based campaigns. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, and comfort with consultative enterprise sales cycles.
