Lead design, scaling, performance tuning, and reliability of PostgreSQL databases for a high-availability SaaS platform. Troubleshoot production incidents, automate administration, maintain security and observability, and mentor engineering teams on query and schema optimization.

Build, test, deploy, and maintain Elixir backend services and React frontend features. Work across stack including infrastructure and monitoring, optimize performance, handle incidents and support tickets, collaborate on designs and code reviews, and contribute to prototyping and open-source engagement.

Build and lead PDQ's partner revenue function: recruit and manage partner managers, expand reseller network, architect channel program (tiers, incentives, enablement), drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and align cross-functionally while reporting channel performance to senior leadership.

Lead PDQ's marketing organization and strategy to drive product-led growth and mid-market expansion. Own positioning, messaging, AI storytelling, metrics like CAC payback and marketing-driven ARR, team leadership, cross-functional alignment with product and sales, and execution of demand-generation and PLG funnel initiatives to translate product momentum into revenue.
