Supervise administrative and clinical support operations in a pediatric urgent and primary care clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and employees, training new staff, managing projects, ordering supplies and equipment, overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring clinical equipment meets regulatory inspection standards, and providing administrative support to management, employees, and visitors.

Provides urgent and primary pediatric care for patients from birth through age 21. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing treatments and vaccinations, monitoring patient progress, responding to emergencies, consulting specialists, maintaining medical records, and educating patients and families. The role requires an Illinois-licensed, board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician able to work flexible long shifts in a high-volume clinical setting.

Provide front-desk patient-facing support at a pediatric clinic: greet patients, answer phones, file and retrieve records, verify insurance, collect copays/payments, obtain consents, maintain confidentiality, follow office policies and safety practices, report incidents, and support team operations. Must work 12-hour shifts including evenings and weekends.

Support day-to-day clinic operations by monitoring the floor, resolving minor issues, coordinating vendors and billing, organizing inventory and schedules, maintaining records, and assisting management to improve workflow efficiency.
