Provide urgent and primary medical care for patients birth to 21 years: diagnose and treat illnesses, order/interpret tests, prescribe treatments and vaccinations, coordinate referrals, respond to pediatric emergencies, document histories, advise families on prevention and wellness, and stay current with pediatric developments.

Provide front-desk patient-facing support at a pediatric clinic: greet patients, answer phones, file and retrieve records, verify insurance, collect copays/payments, obtain consents, maintain confidentiality, follow office policies and safety practices, report incidents, and support team operations. Must work 12-hour shifts including evenings and weekends.

Support day-to-day clinic operations by monitoring the floor, resolving minor issues, coordinating vendors and billing, organizing inventory and schedules, maintaining records, and assisting management to improve workflow efficiency.
