Maintains cleanliness, safety, and appearance of casino front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Duties include cleaning surfaces, floors, windows, elevators, furniture, and equipment; laundering linens; removing waste; responding to spills; using cleaning tools and chemicals safely; reporting maintenance issues; and supporting special assignments. Requires attention to detail, effective communication, physical stamina, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Repairs, installs, relocates, and converts electronic gaming devices, including the Slot Monitoring System. Performs routine maintenance and upgrades, attends required meetings, communicates with guests and coworkers, and follows written and oral instructions. The role requires basic mathematical skills, English proficiency, and the ability to lift and push over 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds.

Supports sales and licensing operations by maintaining Salesforce records, coordinating installations and removals, generating performance and compliance reports, tracking municipal taxes and fees, and communicating with customers, internal teams, and municipalities. Ensures licensing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. Requires travel up to 50% in a company-provided vehicle.

Supervises food and beverage service operations at Red Lotus, supporting staff and ensuring quality customer service. The posted starting salary is $25 per hour.

The Human Resources Specialist supports property HR operations across licensing, employee records, HRIS and payroll alignment, reporting, audits, compliance, invoices, personnel documentation, and basic team-member inquiries. The role partners with HR Business Partners, maintains confidentiality and data integrity, coordinates licensing applications and renewals, assists with HRIS maintenance, and supports a professional work environment and company culture.

Manages casino property marketing operations, promotions, advertising, public relations, social media, special events, vendor relationships, budgets, and promotional calendars. Supervises marketing staff, coordinates campaign materials, supports guest satisfaction, ensures regulatory compliance, and monitors performance and profit objectives. The role also develops press releases, manages media correspondence, oversees VIP and brand promotions, and maintains relationships with internal teams, guests, and external vendors.

Prepares and serves beverages, maintains bar cleanliness and supplies, replenishes inventory, supports bartender breaks, monitors alcohol consumption, operates the POS system, balances cash, and coordinates beverage service. Requires customer service, communication, basic math, responsible alcohol service certification, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Supports casino regulatory compliance programs, including Responsible Gaming, SARC, Title 31, CTR, and Self-Exclusion. Maintains compliance records, logs, approvals, and reports; assists with audits, regulatory submissions, research, training, and implementation. Coordinates with departments, provides compliance guidance, identifies potential issues, and supports management while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory documentation.
