The Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable AI/ML backend systems, develop data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML-driven features while ensuring system performance and documentation.

Leads integrated marketing strategy and execution for major food and wine festivals, driving attendance, ticket revenue, brand growth, and sustained consumer demand. Responsibilities include event positioning, audience development, budgeting, paid media, direct mail, social media, community partnerships, editorial coordination, campaign analysis, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is fully remote with approximately 15% travel.

Leads a data science team focused on customer intelligence and personalization across digital products, apps, newsletters, and marketing channels. Develops lifetime value, segmentation, retention, recommendation, attribution, forecasting, and engagement models. Owns product funnel analytics and experimentation, including A/B testing and causal inference. Partners with Product, Marketing, Editorial, Data Operations, and Engineering to translate customer behavior into product improvements, measurable growth, and scalable data capabilities.
