Option-Based benefits package based on tenure. Examples are for co-founders an offering of series A, series B stocks, stock options, vacation days and two profit-sharing pools. For all other employees stock options, company-wide profit-sharing pool, and vacation days. These are available to everyone. The option-based benefits allow each employee to pick from a pool based on their tenure. Every employee may have a different idea what benefits are best for them, so each employee gets to choose their custom benefits package. Each defined tenure period expands the amount of benefits. Years 0-1 has 3 benefits to choose, years 2-4 goes up to 4 benefits to choose, years 5-9 goes up to 5 benefits to choose, and years 10 and over has 7 benefits to choose from. Options of benefits include insurance (health or life), tuition reimbursement, student loan stipend, transportation packages (monthly public transportation passes or ride sharing stipend, gas allowance, etc), store warehouse memberships (Costco, Sam's etc), monthly food/beverage cards, gym membership, laptop/ipad/surface, cell phone, cell phone plan, monthly streaming subcriptions (Hulu, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Sling, HBOGo, NFL Sunday Ticket, etc), monthly wifi or hotspot and 401k with company matching. There will also be individual bonus opportunities (Gift Cards, Roku Boxes, Game Prizes, Weekend Vacations, Vacation Tour Packages, Streaming Subscriptions, Vacation day buyouts, Money [cash or debit/credit card], Sporting Event [premium seating], Local events [festivals, Illumination, etc], Museum passes, Museum subscriptions, CityPass, Donation to charity of your choice, etc) and company wide bonuses based on milestones being achieved (office party, bonus beyond profit share, company outing, etc).
