Provides front-desk, administrative, and facility support at an onsite warehouse and office facility. Greets employees and visitors, manages calls, emails, mail, deliveries, supplies, records, and maintenance requests. Supports HR with employee events, communications, training, onboarding, and recognition activities. Performs clerical tasks, opening and closing duties, and local errands while escalating facility, safety, and employee concerns appropriately.

Supervise wide-format print production: optimize workflow, meet deadlines, operate and troubleshoot dye-sublimation/solvent/latex/DTF printers, perform maintenance, develop and deliver technical training, ensure safety and quality, coordinate staffing and vendor service, and support production teams to meet operational goals.
