Leads PlayStation’s global marketing technology organization across engineering, product, UX, measurement, experimentation, audience activation, and marketing data. Owns platform architecture, product strategy, roadmap, security, scalability, AI capabilities, and global transformation initiatives. Oversees marketing platforms from discovery through operations, aligns multidisciplinary teams, guides build-versus-buy decisions, and partners with marketing, analytics, and data science leaders to improve effectiveness, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Develop and modernize Tableau dashboards for People Analytics, improving visualization, usability, performance, and self-service insights. Design and maintain Tableau row-level security for sensitive employee data, including dynamic access controls and entitlement mappings. Build optimized data sources and models using Snowflake and SQL, troubleshoot data and integration issues, document solutions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on scalable analytics products.

Lead development and maintenance of character creation, rigging, animation, and simulation tools for game production. Collaborate with artists, engineers, studios, and research teams to prototype workflows, integrate game engines, optimize environments, and apply AI/ML to improve development efficiency. Build and customize internal tools, automate project environments, troubleshoot production issues, document systems, and support varied client pipelines. Participate in internal demonstrations and conferences, with required travel.

Establish and operationalize Finance data governance across Finance and Technology. Define governance models, business glossaries, data inventories, lineage, quality controls, master-data standards, hierarchies, and reconciliation processes. Support SAP, Snowflake, reporting, planning, and analytics data products; facilitate stakeholder workshops; document requirements; manage governance backlogs; and coach data owners and stewards in an ambiguous enterprise environment.

Support and administer IBM Planning Analytics throughout budgeting and forecasting cycles. Troubleshoot user, system, and data issues; manage access, documentation, training, requirements, testing, upgrades, and enhancements. Partner with Finance and technical teams to improve planning processes, automation, reporting, integrations, and data reliability. The role also delivers change requests and supports platform configuration and development.

Lead organizational change for finance transformation initiatives: develop change strategies, stakeholder assessments, communications, training, adoption metrics, readiness dashboards, and playbooks while partnering with Finance, IT, HR, and executives to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The Senior Product Analyst will oversee product analytics projects, collaborating with teams to develop KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
