Provides overnight support and supervision for customer service representatives across assigned financial service stores. Ensures transaction compliance, enforces company policies, resolves customer complaints, approves checks within limits, conducts security camera audits, prepares reports, and supports sales and financial goals. The role requires overnight, weekend, and holiday availability, strong communication, multitasking, customer service, and supervisory skills.

Provide consultative employee-relations support to field leadership across multiple units: conduct investigations, counsel leaders, analyze HR metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, drive change management, prepare reports, and develop proactive HR strategies to improve engagement and performance. Frequent partnership with support center teams and ~25% travel.
