The Quantitative Developer will design and develop software for trading and research, improve data tools, and manage the CI/CD pipeline.

Conduct research to identify market anomalies, generate trading ideas, and develop systematic strategies focusing on high frequency/intraday opportunities.

Design, build, and operate central observability platforms. Develop telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and events; enforce instrumentation standards; build scalable cloud-native ingestion and storage; optimize cost, performance, retention, and reliability; investigate incidents and drive root-cause analysis; and create dashboards, reports, and service-level monitoring frameworks.

Collect and analyze competitive intelligence and conduct due diligence and investigations on investment candidates and related entities. Design data collection methods, use research, network analysis and AI/automation tools to produce high-quality reports and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, and improve workflow productivity.

Support delivery of cross-functional programs by partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, analyzing processes, preparing dashboards and presentations, documenting future-state operating models, driving change management, and managing risks and milestones to enable scalable growth.
