Lead technical authority in pre-sales for enterprise merchants, PSPs, and marketplaces. Own RFP technical responses, design integration architectures, guide migrations to unified APIs, support go-lives, and act as developer advocate while feeding product feedback.

Serve as primary operational contact for assigned clients, manage configurations and billing, optimize local/alternative payment methods, coordinate incident resolution, analyze transaction data and trends, lead QBRs with performance insights, advise on disputes/fraud/compliance, and act as a cross-functional bridge between clients and internal technical, risk, and commercial teams.
