Manage a portfolio of live banking clients after go-live. Build stakeholder relationships, maintain workflows and configurations, troubleshoot platform issues, handle escalations and support tickets, and coordinate with product and engineering teams. Educate bank employees, communicate product releases, assist with strategic implementations, and de-escalate complex customer situations while ensuring timely issue resolution and successful platform adoption.

Lead concurrent bank implementations, manage stakeholders from executives to operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, translate technical requirements, prevent scope creep, perform hands-on configuration/debugging as needed, document solutions, and escalate blockers to sales and leadership to ensure on-time launches.

Build Prelim's first business operations function: create cross-team coordination, workload visibility, operational rhythms, staffing and project coordination, and manage vendors/logistics to ensure scaled, reliable delivery while working closely with the founder and team leads.

As a Software Engineer at Prelim, you will architect and build onboarding systems for financial institutions, handling complex technical challenges and user experiences.

As an Implementation Associate, you will configure banking workflows, manage client relationships, and enhance digital banking experiences for financial institutions.
