With "Premium Connect," each month one of our consultants is given a budget to create a memorable outing for the team, bringing them together through fun, unique experiences. "Premium Engage" gathers our client-focused teams quarterly for casual, off-site events, strengthening relationships and building shared memories. Twice a year, we invite everyone to Chicago (our headquarters) for a special gathering that includes employee recognition, strategic planning, and a holiday party where partners and spouses are invited and flown in to join these festivities. Our in-office days, which happen about once a month, are matched by company-sponsored happy hours and dinners to unwind and enjoy each other’s company outside of work.
