Conduct audits and keyword research, implement structured data and on-page optimization, build performance dashboards, and communicate insights to nontechnical stakeholders while collaborating across marketing, creative, and content teams.

Own platform experiences for clinicians delivering and documenting special education services. Lead discovery, solution design, product definition, AI-native capabilities, roadmap prioritization, prototyping, metrics, and cross-functional delivery. Partner with clinicians, designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and go-to-market teams while ensuring compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, and WCAG standards. Guide an interdisciplinary pod and improve clinician adoption, efficiency, and therapy delivery outcomes across a SaaS-plus-service model.
