Administer and analyze employee and retiree health, insurance, and retirement plans. Reconcile coverages and contributions, manage Workday and vendor integrations, prepare vendor reports and payments, support stakeholders on escalated benefits issues, develop communications, ensure audit and regulatory compliance, and monitor eligibility for seasonal workforce.

Lead chemicals category strategy and strategic sourcing to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate complex contracts, provide market and price-risk intelligence (including hedging), ensure compliance, partner with R&D/Quality/Production, and develop a high-performing procurement team to deliver sustained value.
