Owns profitable growth for the BioPDO product line across North American and target HI&I markets. Responsibilities include revenue and margin targets, pricing, forecasting, pipeline management, business development, strategic account growth, channel expansion, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy. The role partners cross-functionally with Application Development, R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain while monitoring market trends and customer adoption.

Supports AI, data analytics, and automation initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, preparing datasets, developing Power BI dashboards and reports, researching emerging AI technologies, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The internship provides hands-on experience with enterprise data, digital transformation, and AI applications in a manufacturing and commercial environment.

Supports the IT team by creating Incorta dashboards and reports from SAP and other source systems. Cleans and prepares data, performs visualization, applies statistical analysis, and identifies trends to generate business insights. The intern communicates technical findings to nontechnical audiences and collaborates on data quality and analytics projects.

Supports HR initiatives involving talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, policy review, HR communications, HRIS data entry, reporting, recruitment administration, and special projects. The intern will research HR best practices, help update policies and procedures, coordinate training, assist with candidate tracking, and handle confidential information in a manufacturing environment.

Supports the Finance team with financial data entry, reporting, spreadsheet updates, budget and forecast preparation, expense tracking, documentation, and administrative tasks. The intern will learn finance processes and tools while working with experienced professionals on real business projects. This role is intended for an undergraduate student with limited or no prior finance experience who is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with data and basic reports.

Partner with business leaders to lead FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, scenario and sensitivity analysis. Deliver variance analysis, KPIs, financial models, and executive dashboards to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

Leads enterprise risk assessments, develops risk models and mitigation strategies, maintains risk policies and frameworks, and reports risk profiles to leadership. Manages insurance policies, claims, compliance, controls, and risk-related training. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify control gaps, implement remediation plans, monitor risks, and promote organizational risk awareness.

Lead design and delivery of SAP P2P, MM, and commodity solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, manage integrations, oversee testing and change control, mentor analysts, and drive continuous improvement in procurement and commodities technology.
