Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver pharmaceutical marketing projects on time and on budget. Manage resources, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and client relationships. Ensure medical, legal, and regulatory compliance (including MLR processes) while identifying revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities. Report to Director, Project Management and use project management tools to maintain delivery and client satisfaction.

Lead and grow the social analytics team to deliver measurement strategies, reporting frameworks, and actionable insights for clients. Drive operational excellence, process scaling, automation, and cross-functional collaboration while partnering with Client Services to support account growth and client outcomes.

Analyze social media performance and social listening for pharma and healthcare clients, build dashboards and reports, translate data into actionable recommendations, and partner with account, content, and strategy teams to guide compliant, data-driven campaigns.
