Lead team of Developers who are modifying existing health and wellness incentive program software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Direct team of Developers who are debugging and supporting existing and new applications. Direct team of Developers who are working with offshore and onshore development teams to provide technical guidance and manage projects. Direct team of Developers who are working with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces for health and wellness incentive applications. Supervise team of Developers who are designing, developing and supporting systems using Oracle databases designed specifically to support wellness incentive patient biometric data, reward account management, and incentive participation tracking. Supervise team of Developers who are working with 3rd party manufacturers of fitness devices, including but not limited to pedometers, heart rate monitors, sleep monitors, and scales to architect and design extensible integrations for large volume data transfers using the relevant technologies.
