Leads Prolaio’s enterprise information security and cloud operations strategy for an AI-driven healthcare platform. Owns cybersecurity, continuous compliance, cloud infrastructure, threat modeling, vulnerability management, identity and access management, incident response, vendor risk, and AI security. Establishes security-as-code and automated compliance frameworks supporting HITRUST, ISO, HIPAA, FDA, GxP, and privacy requirements while partnering with engineering, data, clinical, and executive teams.

Lead Prolaio’s enterprise data engineering strategy, architecture, pipelines, cloud data platforms, integrations, governance, and AI-enabled data capabilities for regulated healthcare applications. Build secure, scalable systems supporting clinical, device, patient-generated, research, analytics, and product data. Establish engineering standards for lineage, provenance, lifecycle management, privacy, HIPAA, and auditability. Hire and manage high-performing teams, influence cross-functional architecture decisions, and evaluate data platform vendors and tools.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Prolaio’s cloud-native platform engineering capabilities across GCP environments. Owns observability, infrastructure tooling, access controls, data lifecycle management, platform services, automation, governance, and AI-enabled features. Partners with engineering, data, security, quality, product, and clinical teams to deliver secure, compliant, auditable healthcare data platforms. Builds and mentors a high-performing platform engineering organization supporting clinical research, analytics, data science, and enterprise data services.

Leads overnight customer success and technical support operations for clinical projects. Provides escalations, mentoring, ticket auditing, SLA and quality monitoring, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination. Handles participant and clinician support, device and platform troubleshooting, compliance alerts, data collection, inventory orders, and ticket resolution. Also performs clinical research coordination activities, including virtual visits, data entry, query resolution, training, participant recruitment, and communication with clinical and sponsor teams.

Provides front-line customer success and technical support to patients, clinicians, and clinical study participants. Responsibilities include resolving hardware, software, and platform issues; managing support tickets, calls, and emails; reviewing compliance alerts and data quality; processing customer orders; and escalating issues as needed. The role also supports clinical research coordination through virtual study visits, protocol procedures, data entry, query resolution, participant recruitment and retention, and collaboration with clinical research stakeholders.

Develop and optimize cloud-based data lakes and pipelines supporting analytics and machine learning. Build automated workflows using Python, SQL, Dagster, dbt, and comparable tools; transform raw data for reporting; and maintain secure, compliant handling of PII and PHI in a regulated SDLC. Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to solve technical challenges and improve the data platform.

Design and govern Prolaio's regulated healthcare data platform: define architectures, models, pipelines, and lifecycle management for clinical, device, claims, and patient-generated data; apply healthcare terminologies and common data models; enable secure, interoperable, AI-ready datasets for analytics, research, clinical operations, and regulated workflows.

The Lead Software Quality Engineering, Backend will oversee validation of a cloud-based data platform, lead a team of engineers, and contribute to automation and verification strategies for healthcare technologies.
