Design and deliver RAG, agents, multimodal data pipelines, orchestration, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows from prototype to production, partnering with business, security, and operations.

Designs warehouse layouts and pallet-racking solutions using AutoCAD to improve storage capacity, efficiency, safety, and site functionality. Assesses customer operations and requirements, prepares material lists, pricing inputs, construction drawings, and permit documentation, and coordinates with engineers, vendors, estimators, sales, and project managers. Supports customer presentations, verifies onsite conditions, and ensures designs comply with building, fire, egress, and safety requirements.

Leads enterprise AI innovation through hypothesis-driven pilots, evaluation, and experimentation with agentic workflows, RAG, text-to-SQL, and emerging LLM techniques. Designs secure, observable, cost-aware AWS architectures, develops reference implementations, and transitions successful prototypes into scalable enterprise patterns. Communicates technical findings, business impact, tradeoffs, and recommendations while evaluating AI tools, frameworks, vendors, and research.
