Plans and executes multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid advertising, content, PR, and internal communications. Creates content, tracks and analyzes campaign performance, optimizes tactics, manages vendors and budgets, updates the website, supports digital and in-person events, contributes to marketing strategy, and mentors junior team members.

Manages administrative and operational site activities for clinical trials, including regulatory submissions, records, payments, audits, query resolution, EDC tracking, training, TMF and ISF maintenance, vendor coordination, supplies, translations, and investigator meeting support. Provides coaching to junior site management staff and serves as a key liaison among clinical sites, vendors, monitors, and internal project teams.

Leads clinical trial delivery across designated countries, coordinating project teams, timelines, enrollment, budgets, site activities, regulatory submissions, monitoring, training, quality, audits, and performance reporting. Partners with Project Managers, sponsors, CRAs, investigators, and cross-functional teams while supervising regional staff and resolving resourcing or performance issues. Requires clinical research and independent monitoring experience, Clinical Trial Manager or Study Manager experience, and therapeutic expertise in Oncology or Gastroenterology.

Executes B2B digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, lead generation, and nurture campaigns. Monitors and qualifies inbound leads, manages HubSpot workflows and CRM data, coordinates with Business Development, develops campaign content, and analyzes performance metrics. Supports email strategy, reporting dashboards, audience targeting, marketing automation, webinars, conferences, and continuous process improvement.
