Supports conference and dining operations by preparing, resetting, refreshing, and breaking down meeting spaces; clearing and resetting dining tables; maintaining cleanliness, supplies, and equipment; assisting guests; following food safety and workplace safety procedures; and collaborating with teams during events and peak periods. Requires flexibility for onsite evening, weekend, holiday, and extended-hour schedules, plus the ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Leads conference planning operations, complex event execution, client satisfaction, and cross-department coordination. Oversees event specifications, diagrams, banquet event orders, group resumes, floor plans, scheduling, budgets, vendors, compliance, and financial documentation. Manages and develops conference planning staff, supports hiring and training, monitors performance metrics, improves workflows, and ensures service standards and profitability.
