Executes opening and closing routines, register management, cash reconciliation, inventory flow, merchandising, documentation, and store cleanliness. Ensures firearm safety, ATF compliance, accurate Form 4473 completion, background checks, confidentiality, and range readiness.

Provide excellent customer service, convert customers to buyers, manage range check-in and firearm rental compliance, answer product questions, support ecommerce order pickup, and maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and safety procedures.

Provide friendly, compliant customer service in-store: greet customers, convert sales, support range check-in and firearm rentals, follow background/4473 procedures, maintain product knowledge, and assist ecommerce order pickup.

Assist customers with shopping and range services, convert customers to buyers, conduct range check-in and firearm rental processes, maintain compliance with 4473 and background checks, use radios to coordinate safety, answer product questions, process ecommerce pickups, stay current on products, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting sales and promotions.

Drive personal and store sales while executing daily store operations, compliance, and safety. Coach team using KPIs, manage opening/closing and cash reconciliation, support merchandising and inventory flow, and ensure firearm safety and ATF regulatory compliance. Deliver exceptional customer service and increase average basket size.
