Leads Re:Build Manufacturing’s U.S. government strategy and sales efforts across defense, energy, and industrial-base ecosystems. Develops federal opportunities, builds relationships with agencies, Congress, defense primes, and industry, shapes Washington policy positioning, and translates government priorities into funded commercial opportunities and internal investment decisions. Requires deep federal networks, defense-market expertise, acquisition and industrial-base policy fluency, and senior-level business development or government experience.

Support, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Infor CSI (SyteLine) ERP technical solutions. Provide Tier 3 support, integrations, reporting, data management, environment cloning, system administration, documentation, training, monitoring, and automation. Collaborate with functional teams, deliver within SLAs, and travel to Re:Build sites as needed.

The Legal Operations Director will streamline legal processes, oversee legal technology, and enhance operational performance through strategic initiatives and metrics analysis.

The Vice President of Engineering will lead the development and scaling of new CAM technology products, manage software development, and drive business growth.

Lead Sales Programs & Collateral to produce proposals, case studies, decks, and RFP responses for complex B2B/B2G pursuits. Build playbooks, templates, AI-enabled workflows, and an asset library; translate market and customer insight into value-based narratives; partner with strategic account managers and executives; measure collateral impact on pipeline and revenue; hire and develop a small senior team.

Work on-site with portfolio companies to design, prototype, and deliver full-stack digital and AI solutions. Lead discovery, deployment, and post-launch iteration, ensure security/compliance, resolve technical issues, mentor teams, and drive enterprise integrations and adoption. Frequent domestic travel and stakeholder management required.

Design and build LLM-powered agents for hardware product development. Responsibilities include ensuring effective coordination among engineering disciplines and integrating AI systems with existing tools.

Responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy, managing the recruitment process, and enhancing candidate experiences while collaborating with peers and hiring managers.

Executive leader to build and scale a domestic UAV engine business: define 5-year strategy, assess technology and acquisition targets, manage P&L and dispersed operations, lead R&D and manufacturing decisions, mitigate supply chain risk, recruit and run a multidisciplinary team, and present progress to CEO and Board.
