Support day-to-day accounting operations including invoice creation, billing adjustments, customer statements, account reconciliations, sales tax data collection, deposit tracking, and month-end close support. Resolve billing discrepancies, maintain accurate records, assist AP/AR and general ledger tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant financial processing.

Lead hotel financial operations including cash flow management, daily reconciliations, AP/AR/GL, monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, CapEx tracking, owner and lender relations, internal controls and compliance, audit coordination, and strategic financial partnership with operations to improve revenue and margins.

Perform cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to meet brand standards. Support room and laundry attendants by moving furniture, handling linens, stocking carts, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, transporting trash, delivering guest requests, maintaining equipment, and reporting supply or equipment issues. Must lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, schedule and train staff, inspect rooms, manage inventory and payroll recaps, handle guest requests, coach employees, and maintain documentation and HR reports.
