Support interior construction projects by administering compliance, soliciting vendors, preparing estimates/contracts/purchase orders, managing subcontractor submittals, forecasting and tracking costs, and overseeing monthly pay applications.

Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, RFIs), perform estimates and quantity takeoffs, evaluate bids and recommend awards, solicit and follow up with vendors, maintain information logs, and handle multiple projects at various stages and locations.

Manage interior construction projects end-to-end: act as primary contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors; develop conceptual budgets; lead scheduling, subcontractor buyout, procurement, RFIs, change orders, draws, and project closeout to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead commercial interiors projects end-to-end: manage subcontractor buyout, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, change orders and closeout; produce conceptual budgets; coordinate clients, architects, superintendents and building stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Manage commercial interiors project lifecycle: subcontractor buyout, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, draws, change orders, and closeout. Coordinate clients, architects, superintendents; produce conceptual budgets and serve as primary project contact.
