Provides case management, coaching, accountability, and barrier-removal support to participants in a construction pre-apprenticeship program. Maintains case records, coordinates transportation, childcare, housing, and financial assistance, teaches life-skills and financial-literacy classes, tracks attendance and grant documentation, supports participant screening, and communicates trainee progress to program staff. The role also assists with program planning and workforce-placement preparation in a trauma-informed environment.

Supports trainees through enrollment, participation, and completion of a trades pre-apprenticeship program. Provides coaching, case management, barrier removal, goal planning, financial education, soft-skills instruction, referrals, assessments, and progress tracking. Maintains trainee records in Salesforce, collects grant eligibility documentation, assists with participant screening, promotes programs to community organizations, and supports program events. Requires knowledge of Chicago social services and strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches.

Coordinates compliance for government and private grants by maintaining program data, auditing trainee files, tracking grant metrics, preparing reports, supporting financial vouchering, and communicating with grantors. Provides Salesforce administration, staff training, data analysis, and compliance documentation. The role is full-time, in person, requires travel between two Chicago facilities, and includes occasional evening or weekend events.
