Drives revenue growth through major account management, new business development, channel partnerships, consultative selling, and technical pre-sales. Develops market and account strategies, manages sales pipelines, prepares quotations and proposals, supports pricing, and coordinates go-to-market initiatives with Marketing. Builds relationships with decision-makers, resellers, vendors, and end users while promoting RFID, authentication, IAM, HMI, and PLC solutions. The role is remote and requires 50–60% travel.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, lifecycle, P&L, pricing, and go-to-market execution. Lead cross-functional teams, conduct market and customer research, define requirements, analyze competitors, measure KPIs, and drive revenue growth. Partner with executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and customers while mentoring product managers and making data-informed product decisions.
